The terms that govern purchases and use of pamlamp.com.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide current, complete, and accurate order, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Products and material variation

We work directly with our own factory to oversee materials, construction, and final quality checks while reducing unnecessary intermediary markups. Product photography and samples are representative. Natural stone, glass, wood, metal, and hand-applied finishes can vary reasonably in color, veining, texture, dimensions, and patina. Screens and lighting conditions may also affect appearance.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unsupported delivery details, quantity limits, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices, currency, tax, and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. The final order total, including collected taxes and any disclosed charges, appears before you submit payment. Card issuers or banks may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees that Pamlamp does not control. See Payment & Billing.

Promotions

Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, product, or quantity conditions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us immediately if an order needs correction or cancellation. We will try to help before processing or dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once work or shipment begins. Shipped orders are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery destinations, costs, estimates, tracking, taxes, duties, and loss procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Installation and use

Lighting must be inspected before installation and installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with instructions and local codes. You are responsible for confirming dimensions, ratings, mounting support, voltage, dimmer and bulb compatibility, and suitability for the intended environment.

Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect goods, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Covered defects are governed by our Limited Warranty. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, product names, layout, and code are owned by or licensed to Pamlamp and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or exploit content without permission.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a disruptive manner, impersonate another person, violate law, infringe rights, interfere with security, or use the site for fraudulent activity.

Third-party tools and links

The site may rely on Shopify and other third-party services or link to external sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Pamlamp is not responsible for third-party content outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for express warranties and rights that cannot be excluded, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pamlamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing rules

We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version. Applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws continue to apply; disputes should first be raised with us so we can attempt a practical resolution.
